Delete it in the app
Open the Crewnet app on your iPhone or Android phone, go to More > Delete account, and enter your password. Your account is deleted right away and you're signed out on every device.
Or ask us by email
Email contact@crewnet.app from the address on your Crewnet account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.
What we delete
Your name, email address, password, phone number, date of birth, home address, profile photo, Incident Qualification Card, notifications and subscription record.
What we keep
Work records your company is required to keep, such as Crew Time Reports, payroll and manifests, stay with your company, shown as "Deleted user". Billing records may be kept as long as tax law requires.
A company owner whose company still has other employees must make another person the company admin first, or email us to close the whole company and delete its data.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account cancels a subscription you started on the web. A subscription bought in the iPhone or Android app is billed by the App Store or Google Play, so cancel it there to stop future charges.
