How do I get started?

Create an account, confirm your email, and set up your company. Then add your employees and you're ready to build crews and print cards.

How does the free trial work?

Your first subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime from your billing page.

How much does Crewnet cost?

The Company plan is $29.99/month for the owner and admins who run the company. Joining a company is free for everyone else. Crew members can add the optional Member plan for $3.99/month if they want their own card, crew and history.

Do my crew members need to pay?

No. Joining your company's Crewnet is free, with no subscription needed. Everyone gets the fire map and their basic info, and crew bosses can file assignments and CTRs at no cost. The Member plan is optional, for crew members who want their own card, crew, assignments and history.

Can I keep using paper CTRs?

Yes. Crew bosses can attach a photo of the signed paper CTR to each day. The photo is the signed record, and the typed hours are what payroll uses.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Crewnet works in any mobile browser and can be installed to your home screen.

How is payment handled?

Payments run through Stripe. You can update your card, see invoices or cancel from the billing page in the app.
