Terms of Use

Effective November 4, 2026

These are the terms you accept when you create a Crewnet account (the in-app End User License Agreement, version 2026-08-02). They govern your use of the Crewnet web app, the Crewnet mobile app and related services, which are operated by Crewnet LLC.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, Crewnet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes of managing your crews, personnel, qualifications, equipment, and incident operations.

2. Authorization to Use Company Information

You expressly authorize Crewnet to collect, store, process, transmit, and use the information you and your organization provide or generate through the Services (including company details, employee and personnel records, incident qualification data, certifications, crew and vehicle assignments, deployment and fire history, uploaded documents and images, and related operational data, collectively "Company Information") for the purpose of operating, providing, maintaining, securing, and improving the Services and generating the reports, cards, and manifests the Services are designed to produce.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide the Company Information, that you have obtained any consents required from your personnel for its collection and use as described here, and that your provision of it does not violate any law or third-party right. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the Company Information you submit.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and agency requirements. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Services, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, and content provided by Crewnet, are and remain the property of Crewnet and its licensors. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in this Agreement. You retain ownership of your Company Information.

5. Fees and Subscription

Access to the Services requires an active subscription. Fees, billing intervals, and cancellation terms are presented at checkout and managed through the billing section of the Services. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Crewnet does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate. The Services are a management tool and are not a substitute for your independent judgment or compliance obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crewnet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Crewnet's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the amounts you paid to Crewnet in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crewnet from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your Company Information, your use of the Services, or your breach of this Agreement.

9. Term and Termination

This Agreement remains in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your license ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including data-use authorization for retained data, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) survive termination.

10. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make material changes, we may require you to review and accept the updated Agreement before continuing to use the Services. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
